S house site renovation

大阪府泉南郡淡輪という、今でも瓦葺の立派な古民家が建ち並ぶ、大阪湾に面した暖かい気候の小さな町で行った改修計画です。古い瓦葺の切り妻屋根の街並みは、斜めに空を切り取る、直線の重なりに見えます。これらの斜めに連続する直線をデザインモチーフとし、平面・立体に展開しました。斜めの直線が連続する空間は、アプローチやガーデンの中でパースペクティブをうみ、動きのある空間をつくります。また、斜めの線が連続する塀は、周囲の建物の連続性を意識するとともに、視線に高低差をつくり、まちへの開かれ方に配慮しました。所在地：大阪府泉南郡構造・階数：RC造、1階建建築面積：50.07m2
This project is a remodeling plan in a small town with a warm climate facing Osaka Bay, which is still old tiny house with a tiled roof. In the planned area, an old couple and their grandfather live in an old private house. The street of the old tile-roofed gable roof seems to overlap straight lines obliquely cutting out the sky. We adopted these obliquely continuous straight lines as the design motif, and developed it on a flat surface. Location: Osaka,Japan Structure: Reinforced concrete, 1F Building area: 50.07sqm
